M3000 Pumps

STANDARD PUMP

The entry level of M3000 & M3000i pumps are available in a variety of piston diameters and configurations to accommodate various product types, ranging from light aerated mass to heavy liquid based syrups. Correct temperature is maintained by continuously circulating water or oil through the pump. The release feature allows for quick interchange and clamping of nozzle plates. The standard pump is designed to deposit up to 6 colours per tray.

UNIVERSAL & TRI-COLOUR PUMP

Material is supplied directly to the pumps and deposited at low velocity at one stroke per tray. Correct temperature is maintained by continuously circulating water or oil through the pump. The low velocity of material flowing through the pump assists in achieving better weight control and better deposits with no tailing. This lower velocity permits lighter aerations and greater viscosity allowing a wider range of products to be produced. The release feature allows for quick interchange and clamping of nozzle plates. The Universal and Tri – colour pumps are available in a variety of piston diameters and configurations to suit your needs.

UNIVERSAL ROTARY PUMP

Equivalent to the Universal and Tri-colour pumps, the NID Rotary pump is available in a variety of piston diameters and configurations, and is adaptable to new or existing mogul lines. Designed for maximum colours per tray, the Rotary pump maintains temperature by continuously circulating water or oil throughout its core. The Rotary pump is designed to deposit a wide variety of products, ranging from single colour articles, side-by-side colour articles of various ratios, centre – fill articles and stripped articles.

INTERCHANGEABLE PUMP DESIGN

Integrating pump design has allowed NID to provide pump mounting flexibility between moguls. This allows the customer to interchange pumps between the M301-S2 mogul and the M401 mogul. Both M301-S2 and M401 pumps are constructed from stainless steel for superior wear resistance both chemically and mechanically. The M301-S2 and M401 pumps are designed to deposit a wide variety of products, and are available in a variety of piston diameters and configurations to accommodate various product types, ranging from light aerated mass to heavy liquid based syrups. The pumps are hollow and allow for continuous circulation of water or oil for consistent deposit temperature at all times.
